I use BitDefender-- does the documentation actually say that there is no
conflict? BitDefender has always stated to uninstall other programs, and
their tech support even told me to uninstall Super-antispyware- stating that
it could cause BD to malfunction.

I'm very happy with MSE so far. I have it set to run quick scans daily, and
it is totally unobtrusive. A quick scan takes about 5 minutes on my system,
and a full scan about an hour. It is totally JAWS accessible and has the
simplest user interface of any anti-malware program I've used. You can
essentially set it and forget it, because it updates itself automatically.
I can't comment on its malware detection ability, other than what I have
read in reviews, which has generally been very positive. You can use MSE in
conjunction with Super Anti-Spyware, Malware Bytes and online anti-malware
scanners like Bit Defender, F-Secure and Trend Micro Housecall. Good job by
MS.
