I just tried the suggestion that you gave. I unloaded jaws and then
reloaded it then tried again, but with no success. But I do thank you for

I don't know why but a few times it happened to me. I unloaded and
re-launched jaws and they were there. This kind of tells me that they are
there but for some reason jaws did not read them.

Thank's for the tip, but where did my tools options go too. When I hit the
alt key t and o keys, there is no more tools options at all. there aren't
any propertysheets like general, read and the like. l

Albert, I have always used control shift v to move something to another e
mail folder. Try it. marilyn
