The key combination I previously mentioned, should be done twice quickly to
make the change permanent. If you do the "Tether the JAWS Cursor to the PC
Cursor" key combination, Control + Insert + NumPad minus (-) only once, it
will toggle the setting but will revert back to the saved setting again the
next time JAWS is started.

Albert, great news that your tools menu is working. Mine just went bad
again and, so far, the key combo isn't working for me again. Now I have
