Hello Ann, If you have Microsoft Excel you can export your Outlook Express Address Book as a comma separated value ( CSV ) file. Then open the .csv file that you created and load it into Microsoft Excel. Next save the Excel file as a Microsoft text file. This will produce a text file with each address on it's own line.
Again here are the steps: 1. Save the address book as a ( csv ) file 2 Load that file into Excel 3. Save that file as a Microsoft text file 4. Open the new text file in your text editor and smile If you need help ask and I might be able to help further. hth, TJ ----- Original Message ----- From: Ann Marie Medlar To: [email protected] Sent: Friday, August 06, 2010 5:06 PM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] create text file for OE address book Hello, I use XP media and Jaws 11.0.1430 How may I create a .txt file with all my addresses in my OE address book?
