Hello Ann,

  If you have Microsoft Excel you can export your Outlook Express Address Book 
as a comma separated value ( CSV ) file. Then open the .csv file that you 
created and load it into Microsoft Excel. Next save the Excel file as a 
Microsoft text file. This will produce a text file with each address on it's 
own line.

Again here are the steps:
1. Save the address book as a ( csv ) file
2 Load that file into Excel
3. Save that file as a Microsoft text file
4. Open the new text file in your text editor and smile
