[JAWS-Users] windows live mail not saying collapsed

How can I get Windows Live mail to say the word collapsed so I know the 
messages are a parg of a message conversation when arrowing through messages in 
jaws v11? When I right arrow just to check I can only then tell whether this is 
a single message or a conversation. I am using Windows seven.
