I'm experiencing the same problem, but I'm using jaws 12 with a 64 bit
computer and Windows 7. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] windows live mail not saying collapsed
How can I get Windows Live mail to say the word collapsed so I know the
messages are a parg of a message conversation when arrowing through
messages in jaws v11? When I right arrow just to check I can only then
tell whether this is a single message or a conversation. I am using
Windows seven.
