to clarify, the conversation feature actually works its just jaws won't say
the word collapsed for some reason.

Press Alt + v for the View menu. Arrow Down to "View by conversation".
If it is not checked, press Enter on it.

How can I get Windows Live mail to say the word collapsed so I know the
messages are a parg of a message conversation when arrowing through
messages in jaws v11? When I right arrow just to check I can only then
tell whether this is a single message or a conversation. I am using
Windows seven.
