Meaning Firefox in either flavor of Jaws works, Internet Explorer 8 in
either flavor of Jaws does not work, although Internet Explorer does work
with System Access SaToGo.

Meaning what? the combination of JAWS12 with Firefox works on the site, or
it doesn't?

Works with Firefox, on either version of Jaws. Jaws 12 doesn't work with
the site either.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Unable to Access Billpay Page
Hi Guys,
Here is a summary and I'm just trying to see if I left any stone
unturned.
My wife is running an HP 64-bit Win 7 computer with the latest version
of Jaws 12, as well as Jaws 11. Over the past three days, she is
unable to access her billpay page on her Credit Union account with IE8.
She can access it with Firefox and with System Access to Go using IE8,
but not with Jaws. I tried running IE8 in 32-bit mode, with the same
result. Tried a repair on Jaws, still no-go. Tried a System Restore
back to a time when we knew she could access that site, and it still
won't work with IE8.
She went to a friend's house who has virtually the identical computer
(same HP model but with a different monitor and a smaller hard drive)
and she could access the credit union site using that lady's version of
Jaws 11. We confirmed that the IE8 security settings are the same as
what our friend has.
Anyone have any ideas as to what would cause Jaws to not access the
website? Is there something I'm missing? Don't know how to handle this
with FS support, unless we create some kind of dummy account they can
use.

On my toshiba the applications key is on the top right hand corner,
and the windows key is immediately to the left. The insert key is to
the right of the spacebar, delete to its right, and the right alt key
to the right of delete, where control should be.
control is on the bottom left, then the function key, then alt, then
grov, whatever that is, then spacebar.
