Hi Joy;

Thank you very much for your input. My main concern was that certain
keystrokes are not working. Like, Insert / Jaws key +6 on the number row.
I was able to get into the configuration manager using the Insert / Jaws key
+F2 keystroke, & the Windows key doesn't open the Start Menu. There a few
other Jaws keystrokes that just clunk so, I just wanted to make sure that
having 2 keyboards hooked up wasn't the cause. Thanks again, take care.
Mike

  Dear Mike,
I have been using both a regular and a wireless keyboard on the same
machine for close to a year. I started with Jaws nine, and now have Jaws
eleven, and Windows XP. From the first I have used them interchangeably and
never had a moments trouble with either.

I can only speak of my own experience, definitely am not qualified to give
you a professional answer, but personally really cannot see why her having
two keyboards would be effecting her use of Jaws. Of course to double-check
things she could try detaching one or other of the keyboards completely and
see if that makes a difference?

Best of luck to you both,
  Sincerely,
  Joy
