Hi Joy, That was, and still is my experience also using a regular and USB keyboard; one on one desk and the other on another desk. No problem at all using JAWS 10 with Windows XP.

I started with Jaws nine, and now have Jaws eleven, and Windows XP. From the first I have used them interchangeably and never had a moments trouble with either. I can only speak of my own experience, definitely am not qualified to give you a professional answer, but personally really cannot see why her having two keyboards would be effecting her use of Jaws. Of course to double-check things she could try detaching one or other of the keyboards completely and see if that makes a difference? Best of luck to you both, Sincerely, Joy Please take a few moments to browse and enjoy my original artwork at: www.tigerfeathers.ca For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/ Send any questions regarding list management to: [email protected] For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/ Send any questions regarding list management to: [email protected]
