Open up the settings center, you want the defaults for jaws.
Now in there go to the html options, ,Mrs. That is where you can turn that off. All the html settings are there and that is main control.

Hi.

In the Configuration manager, remember to load the default settings, under Set Options and HTML settings, you'll find the possibility to stop announcing heading's and link's and frame's etc. on the different tab's on this page. When you have made the setting's as wanted, than press the ok button, and save the configuration file.

Good luck.

Hans Pauli.

Hi all,
I asked this question some month or so ago with no luck so thought I
would try again.
I would like to stop JFW telling me how many links and headings there
are on a web page when it is loaded. I would just like to load the page
without all that verbiage. I think this will make pages load a lot quicker.
Thanks for any help.
Max.
