Rich, you would use "save as" when you want to either change the name of a
previously save document/spread sheet or else you want to change the format
of a previously saved item i.ie. from adobe PDF to "text" or a word format
to rich format etc.

I have XP and 12.0
What is the difference between "Save" and "Save as"?
When would you use save as?

Thanks.
