Rich, remember, when you select either "save" or "save as", you are put into a dialogue box. within the dialogue box, you can tab through all the controls or fields that you can change before actually doing the save. Try it out and after you tab through and see choices, simply press the escape key and you are out of the dialogue box and nothing is changed. So this sort of lets you take a "test drive" from within this particular dialogue box. But when you are within the dialogue box, if you are not sure what you can do from within a control, use jaws help (jaws key plus F1 key) to let jaws give you some help about the control. John
