Then, I assigned shortcut keystrokes to each of them, & none of the shortcut keystrokes worked. I am assuming that the Local Disks can be considered as folders, is my assumption correct? I was able to assign shortcut keystrokes to individual items but, not to what I am assuming are folders. If I am wrong, please correct me! I am not done experimenting yet but, if you have any tips, please pass them along! Thanks much, take care. What I want to do is put shortcuts for my disk drives into the start menu so, I can assign shortcut keystrokes to them. I tried putting folder shortcuts on the desktop but, the shortcut keystrokes wouldn't work from the desktop. I have no idea why they wouldn't work but, they didn't so, I thought I would try from the start menu. Any ideas would be appreciated very much. Thanks again, take care.
