No, I haven't tried invoking the Insert + F6, or Insert +Z keystrokes, yet!

  have you invoked Insert+F6? That gives you a contents list - links, etc.
  I believe, in the main body of text beyond that, it should be possible
  (with Quick Keys on - Insert+z) to use the letter h to navigate the
  headings.
