the thing about Outlook 2010 that I'm fighting with is that the
ribbon changes depending on the page you are on. For example, when
you're reading email, the upper ribbon has 'message' at the top, and
the lower ribbon choices relate to sending a message. Wo more. When
you move the cursor to read a list of attachments, the upper ribbon
says 'attachments'. and the lower ribbon choices deal with attachments.
To get to the BCC field, open a new email. Press alt-p to the
options tab, and arrow down.
