Fred, If you go to the FS website, click on the link Webinars. There are many free ones and archives to many more. These are very instructional and cover a host of different subjects. I've been doing them for a while and find them interesting and helpful. There are also paid ones if you like

For example, when you're reading email, the upper ribbon has 'message' at the top, and the lower ribbon choices relate to sending a message. Wo more. When you move the cursor to read a list of attachments, the upper ribbon says 'attachments'. and the lower ribbon choices deal with attachments. To get to the BCC field, open a new email. Press alt-p to the options tab, and arrow down.
