Ann, Thank you for this item. I would not have easily found it and I already spent more time on it than I should have. I think I am going to get the jaws office outlook tutorial and approach all of this office 2010 systematically. This program is so different from Office 2003 that I really need to start from scratch. So hopefully an old dog can learn new tricks. John

For example, when you're reading email, the upper ribbon has 'message' at the top, and the lower ribbon choices relate to sending a message. Wo more. When you move the cursor to read a list of attachments, the upper ribbon says 'attachments'. and the lower ribbon choices deal with attachments. To get to the BCC field, open a new email. Press alt-p to the options tab, and arrow down.
