John, where can I get the jaws office turtorial that you mentioned in your e-mail posting? I am an old man myself and I am still learning windows 7 and outlook 2010. It is a slow process though.

For example, when you're reading email, the upper ribbon has 'message' at the top, and the lower ribbon choices relate to sending a message. Wo more. When you move the cursor to read a list of attachments, the upper ribbon says 'attachments'. and the lower ribbon choices deal with attachments. To get to the BCC field, open a new email. Press alt-p to the options tab, and arrow down.
