I have a remedy for habitual forwarded messages to my personal accounts,
it's a message rule that deletes from the server.
Completely does away with those annoying folks that don't get the meaning of
the N, or the O.

I typically top post, or will leave a portion of the message I am referring
to at the top, with my comments below, on blindness related lists.
However, I would not say that it is proper netiquette to always top post.
The vast majority of lists that I am on that are not blindness related do
not top post.  Also, many of the web based question and answer forums do
not top post.

I do feel that it is proper netiquette to spend the 30 seconds it takes to
remove header information, and extraneous text when leaving your comments
below the original post.

And, I believe there is a special place in hell for people who forward
without removing all the previous header information.
