HI Brian and Dean, This is great advice, and therefore confirms that the features still does exist in Office 2010.
Does anyone know where on the ribbons this feature would be? Not trying to be difficult, and, in fact, I'll be taking both gentlemen's advice and adding the appropriate buttons and keyboard shortcuts to my repertoire, but it would be nice to be able to tell a friend or just someone asking me for my help where they can go to find this feature from within the ribbons.
