Hello Steve,

Word 2010 no longer has that option in the print dialog box. In Word 2010,
after clicking on the File button, the Print Tab is immediately available in
the list of options and there is not a split button for printing related
choices. The Print Preview is no longer included in the Print tab in Word
2010.

Take care.

Ok, Click on the Office button. Select Print split-button, then click Print
Preview.

Now, hit alt-p and you'll be on the print tab. I think you arrow down a
couple times and you'll see the shrink document one page button.

If your document nearly fits onto one page, you should see an option called
"Shrink One Page".

Click this and see how you like the results.

It essentially makes small reductions in font size and line spacing until
the doc fits on one page.

Take my advice, I don't use it anyway.
