This worked.

Do you have any suggestions on to change the way JAWS speaks any word with a
capital letter with a higher pitch?
Again, this only happens when I am readinga say all instead of one line at a
time.

Hi Rich,

Below are steps on turning the Tab Control off through Speech & Sound
Schemes.

1. Press Insert / Jaws key + 6, on the number row above the main keyboare
or, press Insert / Jaws key + F2, to open the Jaws Manager, Press the
letter
S,
until you hear Jaws read Settings Center, & press enter.
2. Press control, shift, + D, for the Settings Center Default All
Applications.
3. Arrow down to, Speech & Sound Schemes, & press right arrow to open.
4. Arrow down to Modify Schemes, & press the spacebar, not enter.
Pressing
enter will take you out of the Settings Center.
5. Tab 2 times to, edit selected scheme button, & press the spacebar.
6. You will hear Modify Schemes... General page Scheme Description, press
shift + Tab 1 time, to be on theGenerl tab.
7. Right Arrow 1 time to the Control Type Tab.
8. Tab 1 time to, List View, Controls Behavior..., press the letter T, to
take you to Tab Control.
9. Tab 1 time to a group of radio buttons, arrow down to, ignore.  You can
also invoke the Alt + I keystroke, the keystroke for ignore.
10. Tab to Okay, press the spacebar, tab to Save Selected Scheme Button,
press the spacebar, tab to okay, press the spacebar, now tab to okay 1
more
time,
press the spacebar, & you are done.
