You can use alt escape to go to the first window you opened.
Alt shift tab to go in reverse order.

Is there any way to control how Jaws uses the alt+tab key to move from one
open window to another? I would like to have that key command go from a
specific window to another specified window when I have more than two or
three windows open. Alternatively is there any way of knowing the logic
Jaws uses when moving from one open window to another? I am using Jaws 13
latest release on a windows 7 machine.
