Yeah, the JAWS thing happened to me too. I had to do it twice. I don't know why that happened.

I called FS as didn't have any more authorizations left. For some reason I'm only getting 1 at a time which makes it difficult if something comes up on the weekend and I have none. Good thing have NVDA as a backup I guess. LOL Anyway, FS had never heard of this and she said she would bring it to the attention of those that needed to know as it could be a bug with JAWS 14. Has this happened to any of you? Also, MS Word told me yesterday I had to register it again so hope that doesn't stick. Have today left and my time will be up, it said.
