There is no start menu, just a start screen. Whenever you install
something, all the icons that would normally be put in the start menu
get dumped onto the start screen for your deleting or filing pleasure,
at least that's what I understand. There are start menu replacements
like start8, but I have yet to hear if they work with screen readers.
