That is kind of a broad question. Is it worth the upgrade in terms of what?
Just to generalize, my take would be as follows:
If things perform as you like now, then it is probably not worth the
upgrade. If you want quicker boot-up times, you may get them with Windows
8. If you are an access trainer, as I was, then you might want to put it on
your system either as an upgrade, or as a dual-boot so you can become
familiar with some of the new features as the experience is quite a bit
different from earlier versions of Windows.
