Flor. what's the difference between windows 7 and 8?  Someone told me that 8 
is a touch screen system?  Is this true?  Are vision impaired computer users 
being forced out of keyboard navigation eventually or what?  Thanks for any 
info.  Marilyn
ps  I'm still using xp and hate to see it go.
