No, Outlook Express won't work  on Windoss 7.

To be clearer: Windows Mail is  the Windows Vista mail client. Windows Live
Mail is the windows 7 mail client. Two different clients. I don't know if
the outlook Express tweak will work on Windows7, as it was designed for
windows Vista. and the modern Windows Live Mail is ribbons rather than
menus.
