I'll try and answer you in this message because after multiple attempts at doing an audio tutorial covering this topic I must admit it keeps coming out like I am stumbling around which unfortunately is not too far from the truth.
First be in I tunes and focus on the file in question, then hit the applications key and pick get info. Then control tab until you land on the information tab. There is where it will say GW meta data, so delete that and type in what ever you want to call it. That will show up in I tunes as the name of the ring tone. I found it mostly by accident more or less. I thought why not nothing else was working at the time so let me look in this sub menu, hopefully this will solve your problem as well. Some of the songs that I put into ringer say GW Meta. So how did you fix the problem? Patti Visit the hottest, most happening place around on the web.
