Thank you to the gentlemen who pointed me in the right direction. The problem in large part was since I use gold wave to convert my audio files it wasn't placing anything in the meta data field or how ever you spell it so some of the tones were showing up as GW Meta Data and since 2 of them were the same size it wouldn't transfer the newest tone. I figured out how in iTunes to edit that tag and then everything went just fine. Truly an annoying experience.
I had to hit the applications key on the file and pick get information which was found by thinking this shouldn't work so let's try it any way. Believe me that isn't the first time such a thing has happened to me. In there is where I was able to modify that tag line. Now to make sure I will repeat the experiment today or soon as time permits as it is snowing and my shovel is calling my name.
