IE works just fine with pages not made just for chrome. Google only wants you to use there stuff for there web pages and for get about accessibility. Google has become the best liars about accessibility.

Chrome is what I said, that is Google's own browser. Firefox yields better results now with such pages, and using the free NVDA screen-reader with either Internet Explorer or Firefox gives good results. Internet Explorer isn't regarded as a 'modern browser' and doesn't cut the mustard for google now.

I can get to the page without a problem- but the article is not there- just
another link to it. Activating this second link yields nothing. I'm not
using Google as my home page, not sure if you are saying there is a
relationship between Quartz and Google or what.

Your link was badly broken up in the retransmission. Try bringing it up in
Firefox, or using the FREE alternative nonvisual screen-reader.
Google now likes tpo format its pages to accord with Chrome.

ransoms probably won't work... After I go to the page there is another
link
with the same name, but activating it just seems to pull up a menu?
Later
versions of IE are getting much harder to manage all the time :(
