I can't advise you on what to do, but I can bring up and read this article
using I E 5 so don't be too quick to try a bunch of other browsers.

I'm using IE9 with latest JFW. I'm experiencing more and more of these 'links' that don't seem to respond. I even try use mouse simulation but
the
JAWS mouse almost never lands where the PC cursor is located. This is
frustrating...

Ok, when I opened up that page, probably due to my browser's security
settings using IE8, it gave me a warning that the page I opened (Google)
was
trying to forward me to another page (Quartz).

I clicked on the second link, and the page opened. It had a blob about
this
not being a supported browser, but the bottom heading, a level 2, was the
article on the G8 Not Paying Terrorists.
