Ok, when I opened up that page, probably due to my browser's security
settings using IE8, it gave me a warning that the page I opened
(Google)
was
trying to forward me to another page (Quartz).
I clicked on the second link, and the page opened. It had a blob
about
this
not being a supported browser, but the bottom heading, a level 2, was
the
article on the G8 Not Paying Terrorists.
