Oh no way would that ever be done legally!!! Microsoft decides such things. And, with the increased sophistication of scamming and phishing attempts, older versions of Internet Explorer are huge security risks. Firefox has some drawbacks now but it is nearly as good as Internet Explorer, accessibly also.
