I have a Toshiba with a button on the touch bar too for turning the wireless
card on and off. I had a sighted person put a raised Braille letter "i" on
it and a raised "m" on the touch button that mutes the sound. It works
fine.

On one of my Toshibas, it is a button on the touch bar. Bummer.
On another is function key f12, but once pressed JAWS says absolutely
nothing.
