Thank you for enlightening me, concerning this "PST" term, which
is Personal Store Table. I have gone through multiple Blind CPU
training courses/sessions, and that specific term was never used
or spoken when dealing with Outlook Contacts. Now that I know
and understand what is, and was being discussed, is Greatly
Appreciated.

PST mean Personal Store Table.
Outlook uses the Pst file to store all your contact list
information.

yes, if you save the outlook pst file, you can use it at a later
date.
outlook 2010 saves the pst file in my documents
example:
"C:\Windows7\Documents\Outlook filesouxxxpst"
as I indicated, you can also manually do a outlook pst backup.
