I said he would be allowed back on if he apologies to the list and
followed
the list guidelines.
Some of his correspondence is included in this message if anybody
wants to
read it. If not just hit delete. At the very least read his apology. I
don't
like having to play the heavy but that's the job list owners assume
when we
put ourselves out there and start such things.

Nobody on the list made such a statement. I told you it was my call
right
down the line. You see we play the heavy's so we get all of the grief.
That way nobody else takes the fall.
Like I said earlier if you are willing to just offer a general apology
and
follow the guidelines I will put you back on the list. I just want
peace in
our time.
If you don't want back on that's your choice. Just remember not
everybody is
a script writer and as such not as skillful as you are. Your other
message
mentions the sponcers of the list, and also you wish to state your
case. By
all means state it.
Just please stop cluttering up my inbox.

I have been informed that someone wanted me banned from the JAWS user
list.
I will offer an apology but for what I do not know. I think the person
who
did this deed identify themselves to me and/or the list. Someone
sneaking
behind my back acuseing me of some unknown deed is not showing very
good
character.
At this point, the party will have to contact me directly since I am,
at
this point, am banned from the list.

Unfortunately not everybody has the skills for doing their own
research like
we have ourselves. I admit myself it does get tiring when people seem
to ask
endless questions but that is how the learning process begins. Many
such
people over the years have started out like that but have turned in to
productive computer users in their own right. Not everybody is going
to do
that obviously and for those people we do have to try and be
considerate.
If there is a time when somebody has to be the heavy then that falls
to me
or my team leaving people like you and other list members in the
clear. I
would have to double check the archives to find out who the lady is
but the
fact is it was my call to remove you. Nothing personal you understand,
it is
just that I have been on lists where things like that are permitted
and
often times once that bottle is opened the genie won't go back in.
In short since it is so early just offer an apology to the list in
general
and let me and my people do our jobs so life can move on. Obviously
you
benefit from the list or you wouldn't care so much about getting back
on it.

I will apologize if I know who and my rude treatment. Who thought I
was
rude? How was I rude?
If it were this lady that was sending out messages asking for many
many help
questions, I will have to think about that to apologize. If it is her,
I
believe it is rude for someone who asks probably 20 questions day
after day
and not attempting to do any research herself. So who is it?
If she thinks I was rude, I'm not sure that she deserves an apology.
Isn't
rude for someone to ask many many questions for each little step to
develop
her web site. If this is permissible, let me know what you think.
Questions
are welcome but enough is enough as far as I am concerned. Everything
I have
learned is mainly through research and attempts to solve the problems.
So
once again, who is this person and how was I rude to her?

If memory serves you were especially rude to a young lady. If you are
willing to apologies to her then I wouldn't have a problem allowing
you back
on. It's up to you.

I wrote you a week ago asking that I be permitted to subscribe to the
JAWS
user list. I once again submitted the request today. The same result
happened today.
I know of no reason that I be banned from this list. I have not read
the
posts from this list in a while, so I couldn't have done anything to
support
this action. If you have evidence of the contrary, let me know. It's
probably a year or more since I last posted to this list.
Hopefully you will not ignore my request.
