I found the options you suggest, but when I hit enter on next page, nothing
happens.

Jaws seems like it is stuck on the first page, and simply won't advance.

This is a 3 Megabyte file, so I have to believe the rest of the file is
there

Alt V gets you to the top line View menu.  Scroll down to Page navigation.
Right arrow to the submenu and choose what you want. 
Control Shift N navigates you to a specific page you want.
