Hi, I have no clue on whatever you were doing? I seen that message before on IE, when on internet banking. All it told me, I did some key command that made the website to jump around and close down for security or I took too long on a transfer.
All I did was close all the IE tabs. Did first and it remove it. IE went to control and look for cash did not see that. I did delete everything in IE history. Did run c cleaning and make sure everything is deleted. I want to make sure everything is done before I turn IE other wise the message will pop up again. -----Original Message----- From: Brian Lee Sent: Sunday, February 15, 2015 1:43 PM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] message from web page Hello Holger, First of all, if you haven't done much with the computer and the window with the message is still open then you should kill the process. Go into task manager by using CTRL with shift and escape. Use CTRL with tab key until you are in the processes page of the dialog box and in the list of running processes. If focus is in the list of processes then use the letter I until you find iexplore.exe. Tab to the "End task" button and use spacebar. Confirm that you want to end the process by using spacebar on the button again. You might need to close the task manager and open it again to confirm if the iexplore.exe process was stopped as it remains in the list until you close the task manager. If after you reopen the task manager the iexplore.exe is gone from the list then just close task manager, if not then kill any remaining iexplore.exe processes. You can then go into your control panel and open Internet Explorer options. Tab across until you find the button for clearing Internet cache and do that procedure. You might then want to run CCleaner to empty temp files from other locations. Killing the processes and emptying the cache should work unless the malware got installed. Take care.
