I am currently using Defragler and I'm running windows 7. I'm interested
what are all those numbers. I am familiar that the last number with the
percentage is the fragmented number and it usually should be zero if not
than you need to defrag. but what's all those other numbers or is it not
important to know?

Windows disk defrag is good if you have Windows 7 or above.
Otherwise, I have used Defragler.
