when you lauch the program either press alt for the program operations or
tab and you will come across analyze and defrag the last tab is the process
when you execute analyze or defrag you'll be moved to a stop button. tab I
think twice to get to the process and you can monitor. I usually tab to
pause and let the process run and every now and then tab to the process to
check how it is coming along. if you don't want to tab you can always buy
diskeeper I heard it defrags as your computing and prevents defrag of your
computer. google it I'm not sure of the url for it. it stopped with
version 12 .

Windows disk defrag is good if you have Windows 7 or above.
