Jim-

Pressing Shift+spacebar will select an entire row, and you can then press
Control+X to cut it out.
As far as inserting, you can press the Applications key, and then the Letter
I to insert, and use your down arrow to Rows and press enter.

Agree with Mike.  Anyone know how to insert or delete multiple rows beyond
one at a time?
