If they have JAWS, why would I need a dongle? I have heard that there was no

Does a dongle let you run JAWS on a pc that does not have JAWS on it.
Another words does the dongle have JAWS on it to run on another pc. I

Zoomtext has a drive that you can plug into USB and then you run Zoomtext
from that flash drive. Does Freedom have this for JAWS?
