Microsoft recently announced that it will end support for older versions of 
Internet Explorer on Jan. 12, 2016, less than three months from now, so if you 
are running Windows 7 or later as most of us are, you will have to upgrade to 
IE 11 in order to continue receiving security updates and patches.  Beginning 
on that date, IE 10 and earlier will no longer be supported for Windows 7, 8, 
8.1 and 10.  So now may be a good time to upgrade to IE 11 if you have not 
already done so, or consider switching to Firefox full time if you are having
