In Windows 7, Windows Explorer, I could hit Alt+F then W to get a list of new items to create. From this list, I could choose Folder, text file, excel workbook, etc. Is there such a method of creating new items in Windows 10 File Explorer? I know about the Control+Shift+N to create a new folder. I'm particularly interested in how to create a new text file. I don't see this topic discussed in any guide to File Explorer that I've found.
