Hello, Try Alt-H for the Home tab, then tab to New, next will be New Folder, after that New Item, press Control-Enter on New Item and you can create lots of things.

From this list, I could choose Folder, text file, excel workbook, etc. Is there such a method of creating new items in Windows 10 File Explorer? I know about the Control+Shift+N to create a new folder. I'm particularly interested in how to create a new text file. I don't see this topic discussed in any guide to File Explorer that I've found.
