I have tried the steps sent to me by Kimsan, David, and Joseph, and still can't get auto-numbering to be turned off in Outlook 2016 e-mails. I am not sure if this is a Jaws issue, because when I get to the auto-numbering as you type options, I can find auto-bulleting which I have unchecked, but can't find auto-numbering. Again, I must point out that I'm using Outlook 2016 with Office 365 and Windows 7 here. This is extremely frustrating, and should not be this difficult.
