Christine - When I press INSERT+F7 outside of a message in OE or a web site in IE, I get a message that the feature is only available when the Virtual Cursor is in use. IE and the e-mail reading window are about the only places that I can think of offhand where the Virtual Cursor is used. While you didn't say, I wonder if you received such a message.
