If you have auto complete on, this is easy. Start typing the first one till 
you hear what you want. For example, I might type the D A and then it say 
your name. Then, in Outlook Express, simply type a simicolon and begin 
typing the next one till you have the name you want filled in. If this is 
not what you are asking, please ask again.
