I have that same problem but only on the first email after opening OE for the day I think it's a Norton thing going on there.. But one other thing I've noticed jaws does while in OE if I move an email too another folder from the inbox jaws pauses before it starts to speak again it's a slight pause but as i usually do I've moved something and then proceeding to continue reading the next email and jaws is not saying anything..
